I think it’s perfect that you have a regular exercise regimen. “Everything in moderation” is the motto for effective weight loss. For example, it’s better for weight loss and body-trimming to do 4 rounds of 15 reps of lat pulls with a light weight than to do 3 rounds of 50 reps with a heavy weight. Doing the latter might make you bulk up and build your muscles instead of helping you lose weight.
